The Ingredients needed to make Healthy Sweet potato pancake:
  1. You need 1 of egg
  2. It’s 1 of sweet potato
  3. It’s of all-purpose flour
  4. You need 1 tbsp of coconut oil any oil (but try to opt for healthy one eg. olive oil)
  5. You need of optional
  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of honey
  7. It’s 1/2 tsp of flaxseed
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of sesame seeds
Step to make Healthy Sweet potato pancake:
  1. Boil sweet potato.
  2. Heat pan with oil whilst sweet potato boil
  3. Once sweet potato boil and shred, crack a egg, mix sweet potato, flaxseeds and sesame seeds
  4. Ready to make pancakes!
  5. After flipping
  6. Add honey to taste. Viola!
