- You need 1/4 Cup of Molasses
- Prepare 1 of Egg
- You need 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
- Prepare 2 Teaspoons of Baking Soda
- You need 1/2 Teaspoon of Ginger
- You need 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

- Mix Sugar, Molasses and Egg into the Butter, and beat well until smooth.
- Sift together the Flour, Baking Soda, Ginger, Salt and Cinnamon.
- Add dry ingredients to the first mixture, mix well and chill in the fridge for about an hour.
- Form in balls and roll in Sugar. Place balls on a greased cookie sheet and cook at 375F (190C) for about 10 minute
- Allow cookies to cool, and store in an airtight container. You can also freeze some for later.
