The Ingredients need to make Fried Rice with Stink Bean (NASI GORENG PETE):
  1. It’s 500 gr of white rice, dry not mushy rice
  2. It’s 1 pod of stink bean/petai, peeled and split in 2
  3. It’s 2 of eggs, make scrambled
  4. You need 1 pair of liver-gizzard from chicken, cut to taste
  5. You need 100 gr of shrimp, remove the head and skin
  6. You need 1/4 of big onion, roughly chopped
  7. It’s 1 of green onion/leek, sliced thin
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of soy sauce
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of sesame oil
  10. You need to taste of Pepper and salt
  11. It’s of Chicken flavoring (optional)
  12. Prepare of Cooking oil
  13. Prepare of GROUND SPICES
  14. It’s 2 of red chillis
  15. You need 5 of cayenne peppers
  16. It’s 3 cloves of garlic
  17. It’s 5 of shallots
  18. It’s 1 tsp of shrimp paste
  19. You need of SUPPLEMENTARY
  20. You need of Kerupuk (crackers)
  21. You need of Lettuce or Cabbage
  22. Prepare of Pickled cucumbers
Step to make Fried Rice with Stink Bean (NASI GORENG PETE):
  1. Saute ground spices and chopped onion until fragrant.
  2. Put shrimp and liver-gizzard, cook until it changes color and is cooked.
  3. Add rice, eggs and pete. Stir until well blended.
  4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper and flavoring. Stir again until all ingredients are well blended and cooked.
  5. Put the fried rice on a plate and sprinkle with green onion.
  6. Serve with complementary garnishes (crackers, cabbage, pickled cucumbers)
