The Ingredients needed to make Char Siu Style Chicken Teriyaki:
  1. Prepare 2 of breasts or thighs Chicken (thigh or breast meat)
  2. Prepare 5 tbsp of Sake
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp of each Soy sauce, mayonnaise
  4. Prepare 2 of to 3 tablespoons Sugar
Step to make Char Siu Style Chicken Teriyaki:
  1. Pierce the chicken several times with a fork, and season with salt and pepper (not listed in the ingredients) on both side Mix the seasoning ingredients together.
  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken skin side down until browned.
  3. When the skin side is browned, turn the chicken over and add the flavoring ingredient Put on a lid and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minute
  4. Take the lid off, set the heat to low-medium and coat the chicken with the sauce until shiny, 2-3 minutes per side, and its done.
