  1. It’s 400 g of Beef or Chicken (grounded, minced or diced)
  2. It’s 100 g of Basil Leaves
  3. You need of [Marinade]
  4. You need 1 Tbsp of Fish Sauce
  5. It’s of [Paste] - blend or pounded
  6. It’s 10-20 g of Birds Eye Chilli
  7. It’s 20 g of Garlic
  8. Prepare 40 g of Shallots
  9. Prepare of [Sauce]
  10. Prepare 1 Tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
  11. You need 1 Tbsp of Dark Soy Sauce
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Oyster Sauce
  13. You need of Optional, 2 tsp Palm Sugar
Step to make Thai Stir Fry Basil with Beef (Pad Bai Hōraphā):
  1. MARINADE marinade the Beef with Fish Sauce for 30 minutes or more.
  2. STIR FRY heat 2 Tbsp of Cooking Oil until hot. Fry the Paste until​ the oil separate Then add the Beef and mix well. When the Beef has turned color, add the Sauces and mix well. Then turn off the heat.
  3. BASIL add the Basil and mix well. The Basil will wilt from the residual heat. Serve with Cooked Rice and Fried Egg.
