  1. Prepare 1/2 kg of beef liver
  2. You need 1/2 cup of green pepper, cut into slices

  4. You need 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  5. It’s 1 tablespoon of margarine
  6. You need 2 tablespoons of oil
  7. Prepare of oil

Step to make Kibda Iskandaraniya, Egyptian fried liver:
  1. Wash the liver and cut into slices, then add the green pepper, garlic and little black pepper. Combine together.
  2. Heat the oil and margarine in a pan. Add in the liver mixture, season with salt and shatta and cook until the liver is done.
  3. Turn off the heat and mix in the lemon juice.
