  12. You need 1/2 cup of carrot sliced diagonally.
  13. You need 1 bunch of bak choy or any green I used turnip greens and tasted great.
  14. You need of Pad thai paste
  15. Prepare 1/3 cup of coconut milk
  16. Prepare 3 tbsp of red curry paste
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp of chill sauce. My preference would be the one where the eye of chilli are visibly suspended in sauce.
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp of brown sugar or natural sugar like palm, date or grape syrup may be substituted. Honey can be tried.
  19. Prepare 1/2 cup of extra crunchy peanut butter
  20. It’s 3 tbsp of canola oil
  21. You need 3 tbsp of pad thai clear sauce. alternatively use soy and seasoning sauce available at your supermarket.
  22. It’s of Garnish
  23. Prepare 1 can of small. of water chestnut halved or quartered. your preference
  24. It’s 1/4 cup of of cilantro leave whole retain stems for presentation.
  25. Prepare 1 of lime sliced into wedges
  26. It’s 1 of sliced red chilli kept aside
  27. It’s 1/2 cup of dry roasted peanut crumbled

For even more protein, add some crispy tofu just before serving. Step to make vegetarian pad thai:

  7. pour over pad thai pan fried ingredient fold in gently with fork. Turn off flame. Get ready to Garnish.
  8. garnish with stems of bamboo arranged in a palm fashion .
  9. sprinkle peanut crumble.Add a sprig of cilantro from the palm and keep aside lime wedges along side quartered water chest nuts
