- Prepare 2/3 kg of potatoes

- You need 200 gr of long red chilies

- Prepare 6 of garlic cloves
- Prepare 2 of lemongrass
- Prepare 1 cup of coconut milk
- It’s 2 of kaffir lime leaves
- You need 2 of bayleaves
- You need 1 tsp of salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of sugar

Step to make Spicy Potatoes with Chicken Liver (Sambal Goreng Kentang Ati):
- Dice potatoes, grind red onion, garlics, long red chilie
- Deep fry diced potatoes and chicken
- Cut chicken liver into small piece
- Pre-heat saute pan, put cooking oil in, add all ground inggredients, stir until its cooked, add lemongrass, salt, sugar, kaffir lime leaves, bayleaves, mix well.
