1. Prepare 1 bag of white chocolate chips (11.5 ounces)
2. Prepare 1 bag of milk chocolate chips (11.5 ounces)
3. It’s 1 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips
4. Prepare 1 cup of Oreos coarsely chopped
5. You need 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

5. For the second layer melt the milk chocolate chips and condensed milk then pour over the first layer then refrigerate until firm
