  2. You need of unsweetened apple sauce
  3. It’s of splenda - granulated for baking
  4. You need of overly ripe bananas
  5. It’s of all purpose flour
  6. You need of egg
Step to make Banana Bread (sugar free):
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F 350 Fahrenheit
  2. Cream margarine and Splenda then add unsweetened applesauce
  3. Then add 1 beaten egg and 3 mashed bananas
  4. Blend in flour, soda, and salt
  5. Pour into a medium lightly greased baking dish and bake for 35-50 minutes (dependent on the size and depth of your baking pan) until golden brown on the top
