  4. You need 60 grams of King oyster mushrooms (or your choice of mushrooms)
  5. Prepare 2 of Wiener sausages
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Usukuchi soy sauce
  7. You need 1 of Salt and pepper
  8. You need 1 of Easy melting cheese
  9. Prepare 1 tsp of Olive oil

  1. Thinly slice the onion lengthwise along the grain. Chop up the Wiener sausages into 1-cm thick piece
