Finding fudge recipes was easy enough, but finding one I wasnt afraid to make took a little extra research. I finally settled on this one , mostly because I didnt have to go out and buy a candy thermometer. I followed reviewers suggestions and measured out the chocolate before I turned on.

Scatter and lightly press the walnuts on top. Let it set. Remove carefully from the tin then cut into square

You could also let it cool in the fridge to speed up the process, but it doesnt. This recipe for fudge is a classic one from my childhood.
