  14. You need 2 tbsp of thick soya sauce
  15. It’s 1 tbsp of honey
  16. It’s of Salt

  1. Heat 1/4 cup of vegetable oil then shallow fry the marinated chicken till cooked through and crispy. Set aside.
  2. Using the same wok discard the oil but take 2 tbsp and fry the garlic till fragrant then add in the blended chillie Add 1/3 cup of water and let cook till oil separate
  3. Add in the lime leaves, oyster sauce, soya sauce, honey, bird eye chilli and salt. Stir to mix and let it simmer till slightly thick.
  4. Turn the heat high and now add in the red pepper and saute for 30 seconds then add in the chicken and sliced onion. Give it one good stir and take it off the heat. Serve immediately.
