The Ingredients need to make Crockpot London Broil with Spinach:
  1. Prepare 1 of -large pack London broil (Iโ€™m using a twin pack)
  2. Prepare 2 of large onions, sliced
  3. You need 1-28 ounce of can crushed tomatoes
  4. It’s 10 cloves of garlic, minced
  5. You need 1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
  6. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of Adobo
  7. Prepare 1/8 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
  8. You need 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
  9. It’s 1 box (10 ounce) of frozen spinach, thawed
Step to make Crockpot London Broil with Spinach:
  1. Rinse and pat dry your London broil…..
  2. Place sliced onions on bottom of crockpot…..
  3. Now place cleaned and dry London broil on top of your sliced onion….
  4. Add to top of London broil crushed tomatoes, garlic, black pepper, Adobo, crushed red pepper and thyme leave…. Mix lightly…..
