The Ingredients needed to make Doubanjiang and Miso Chicken Stir Fry:
- It’s 1 of Chicken breast
- You need 2 tbsp of Miso
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Doubanjiang
- You need 2 tbsp of Sugar
- It’s 2 tbsp of Sake
- It’s 1 dash of Roasted sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, dried sliced garlic
Step to make Doubanjiang and Miso Chicken Stir Fry:
- Combine the miso, doubanjiang, sugar, and sake. If youll be eating it right away, you can do this in a plastic bag. This time, I wanted to freeze it, so I mixed the sauce in a container.
- Add dried sliced garlic and the chicken to the marinade.
- Mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade.
- Here is the chicken after I froze and defrosted it.
- Add oil to a frying pan. Cook some red pepper flakes and dried sliced garlic. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry.
- When the chicken browns, cover and let steam. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seed
