The Ingredients need to make Non Fried! Chikuwa Tatsuta-age:
- You need 3 of ☆Chikuwa fish sticks
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ☆Soy sauce
- It’s 1/2 tsp of each ☆Grated ginger, aonori
- You need 1 bag of Ziplock bag
- Prepare 1 of Katakuriko
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Vegetable oil
Step to make Non Fried! Chikuwa Tatsuta-age:
- Cut the chikuwa in half diagonally to make 6 piece
- Add all of the ☆ ingredients to a zip-up plastic bag and rub, let it sit for 5-10 minute
- Take the contents of the bag out and dust it with katakuriko, making sure to coat the chikuwa pieces completely.
- Add oil to a pan and heat over medium heat, and then add in the chikuwa. It is done once they have crisped all over~ (About 3~5 minutes).
- This is todays bento. This makes one fantastic main dish! I can feel its presence.
