The Ingredients needed to make Fried rice 2:
  1. Prepare 3 Cups of Rice
  2. You need 3 Cups of carrot, Runner beans, Sweet corn Kidney Beans

  4. Prepare 2 Cups of Chicken Stock
  5. You need 3 of Sausage links (Diced)
  6. You need 1 of Red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  7. Prepare of Garlic Paste
  8. You need 3 of Habanero Pepper (Diced)

  10. Prepare 1/2 Cup of Vegetable oil
  11. It’s 11/2 Tablespoon of Curry
  12. Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Thyme
  13. It’s 10 g of Fried Rice Seasoning
  14. Prepare Cubes of Chicken Stock
  15. It’s 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper

I want to dedicate this dish to Bergy, whose recipe AM Bs Indonesian Mehoon. Fried rice craving SOLVED I modified recipe slightly as didnt have peanut oil so used.   1. Wash the rice thoroughly and strain in a colander.In a mixing bowl, season the carrot, beans and corn with black pepper, curry, thyme and seasoning. Mix together and allow to marinate. Set this aside. Heat up vegetable oil in a pot. Saute half of the diced onion and garlic paste for 3 minute Add the washed rice and toast by stirring continuously for about 5 minute Add curry, thyme and fried rice seasoning to the rice.
  2. Add the chicken stock seasoning and water to cook the rice until soft (not overcooked). Set this aside.
  3. Place a pan or wok on medium heat. Saute the remaining onion and garlic paste. Add the peppers and stir. Add the marinated veggies and diced sausage. Stir fry for about 5 minute Add the cooked rice and fried beef.
  4. Mix together, check for salt and serve😍👍
