The Ingredients need to make Buri (Japanese Amberjack) Teriyaki:
- Prepare 4 fillets of Buri (Japanese amberjack)
- You need 3 tbsp of ● Soy sauce
- It’s 2 tbsp of ● Sake
- You need 2 tbsp of ● Mirin
- It’s 1 tbsp of ●Water
- You need 2 tbsp of ● Sugar
Step to make Buri (Japanese Amberjack) Teriyaki:
- Sprinkle the buri fillets with salt. Leave for about 20 minutes, rinse with water and pat dry.
- Mix the sauce ingredients together.
- Heat oil in a pan, and cook the fish. Start cooking from the side that you will serve facing up.
- When the fish is about 80% cooked, add the sauce, simmer down for a little bit and its done (dont simmer for too long or it will become too salty!)
