The Ingredients needed to make Super Easy Matcha Biscuits:
  1. It’s 100-125 g of Butter softened
  2. It’s 1/4 cup of Sugar add extra 1 to 2 tablespoons if you like biscuits sweeter
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Plain Flour
  4. You need 2 tablespoons of Rice Flour optional
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Matcha Powder
Step to make Super Easy Matcha Biscuits:
  1. Combine all ingredient Refrigerate the dough until stiff enough to handle.
  2. Preheat oven to 160ºC. Line baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Slice well-refrigerated stiff dough 5mm thick OR roll out the dough on a floured surface until 5mm thick and cut into shape
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, try not to brown the biscuits to keep the green colour. Set aside on the tray to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
