The Ingredients needed to make Super Easy Matcha Ice Cream:

1. Prepare of About 1 cupful Good Quality Vanilla Ice Cream softened
2. Prepare 1-2 teaspoons of Matcha Powder
3. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Caster Sugar
4. Prepare 2-3 tablespoons of Thickened Cream

Step to make Super Easy Matcha Ice Cream:

1. Leave the ice cream at room temperature until soften
2. In a small bowl, combine Matcha Powder and Caster Sugar, then add Cream. Use a whisk to mix very well. You don’t need to whip it up, but it will naturally thicken.
3. When the ice cream is just soft enough, add the matcha mixture, and mix well OR marble it.
4. Place in the freezer to firm up before you enjoy it. Note For the above photo, I placed some ‘Matcha Crumble’ on top.
