The Ingredients need to make Non-Fried Healthy Chicken Karaage:
  1. Prepare 600 grams of Chicken thigh meat
  2. Prepare 1 piece of ○ Ginger (or grated)
  3. You need 2 clove of ○ Garlic (or grated)
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of ○ Soy sauce
  5. It’s 2 tbsp of ○ Sake
  6. Prepare 5 tbsp of Flour (cake flour)
  7. You need 5 tbsp of Katakuriko
  8. Prepare 1/2 of Lemon
Step to make Non-Fried Healthy Chicken Karaage:
  1. Put the ○ ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Cut the chicken thighs and add to the combined ingredients from Step 1. Rub gently with your hands and leave to marinate for 30 minute
  3. Put the flour and katakuriko into a bag and mix together. Add the marinated chicken a few pieces at a time, close the bag and mix to coat.
  4. Coat each piece evenly with the flour as shown. Shake off any exces
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line the chicken and dont crowd it.
  6. Preheat the oven to 250°C, and bake the chicken for 10-15 minute Its done when its a nice golden brown.
  7. Transfer to serving plates with lemon wedge Enjoy it while piping hot.
