The Ingredients needed to make Nigerian Puff puff:
  1. You need 2 cups of flour
  2. Prepare of Granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoon of yeast
  4. It’s Bowl of for mixing
  5. It’s of Vegetable oil for frying
  6. It’s of Deep fryer
Step to make Nigerian Puff puff:
  1. Mix warm water and yeast, set aside for some minute If it turns frothy, the yeast is still very active
  2. Add the flour, sugar, tested yeast, mix with warm water to form a not too watery paste and set aside for 30minutes to rise
  3. After 30minutes you notice air bubbles forming on top of the risen puff puff mixture. Its ready for frying
  4. Add oil to the deep fryer or pot to heat very well.
  5. Use your hand to mix the puff puff mixture evenly and cut in the oil in tiny ball
  6. Fry in batches
