  9. Prepare 100 gr of feta cheese
  10. You need 1 of Egg
  11. You need 2 Tbsp of milk or cooking cream
  12. You need 100 gr of mushrums

Pour over egg mixture until tart shell is full (you may not need to use all of the egg mixture). Serve warm or at room temperature. To reheat, cover quiche with aluminum foil. A simple yet delicious quiche made with a homemade gluten free pastry case, filled with bacon, zucchini and Gouda cheese.

  1. In a big bowl mix the GF flour and the butter, untill its al compact, then add the egg and keep kneading all the mix untill you get a dough. Cover with film paper the dough and reserve it for 20 min on the fridge.
  2. Meanwhile the dough its on the fridge for 20 min, start to chop al the filled ingredients, and put them on a pan with 1tbsp of olive oil and cook it.
  3. After the 20 min, take the dough and expand it on the mold. Cook the dough in the oven for 15 min at 200°. While the dough its on the oven, finish the filled, add the feta cheese, the egg and the milk and stir everything. After the 15 min remove the dough from the oven and add al the filled.
  4. Cook for 20 min all the quiche on the oven at 200°. Enjoy it!
