The Ingredients needed to make Instant Pot Honey Chicken:

1. It’s 2 tablespoons of olive oil
2. It’s 4 of boneless chicken breasts diced
3. It’s 1 tsp of salt
4. Prepare 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
5. You need 2 tablespoons of water
6. You need of Honey Sauce
7. You need 1/2 cup of soy sauce
8. Prepare 1/2 cup of honey
9. Prepare 1/4 cup of ketchup
10. Prepare 3 cloves of garlic minced
11. Prepare 2 tsp of rice wine vinegar
12. Prepare 2 tsp of sesame oil

Step to make Instant Pot Honey Chicken:

1. Turn instant pot to sauté. Add olive oil and chicken. Cook until chicken is white.
2. Whisk together ingredients of the honey sauce in a bowl.
3. Pour sauce into the pot covering the chicken.
4. Set on manual for 4 minute Quick release.
5. Mix cornstarch and water and pour mixture into the pot stirring until thickened.
6. Serve over rice. Add green onions to your liking.
