1. Chill the whipping cream and coca-cola in the fridge first, about 3-4 hour
2. Use a mixer to whip the cream until its stiff.
3. Gradually add coca-cola and fold carefully. When they are well combined, pour into a mold or two (I used two containers). Keep the ice cream in the fridge about 8 hours before serving.
