The Ingredients need to make Vegetarian Bolognese Sauce:
  1. It’s of tomato nice red
  2. It’s of soy granules
  3. You need of olive oil or any cooking oil
  4. It’s of onion finely chopped
  5. Prepare of celery stalk and leaves finely chopped
  6. It’s of garlic finely chopped
  7. It’s of capsicum finely chopped, I have used red capsicum. You can use green capsicum
  8. It’s of mixed dry herbs
  9. Prepare of black pepper powder
  10. You need of paprika or red chilli powder
  11. It’s of tomato puree
  12. You need of water
  13. You need of coriander washed and chopped finely. You can also use parsley if available
  14. It’s of salt

Mix well and cook capsicum till they soften. Add the squeezed soya granules and mix well. Add seasoning - mixed dry herbs, paprika, black pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the blanched and finely chopped tomatoe Mix well. Add tomato puree. Mix well and add around
  6. Simmer the sauce for 6-8 minutes or till moisture is absorbed. Finally add chopped coriander. (use parsley of available). Mix well. The vegetarian bolognese sauce is ready to use.
  7. Remove the vegetarian bolognese sauce in a bowl and use to make vegetarian spaghetti bolognese or layered lasagne.
