- It’s 40 grams of Cream cheese
- It’s 30 ml of Milk
- Prepare 20 grams of Granulated sugar
- You need 2 grams of Powdered gelatin
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Bottled lemon juice
Step to make Iyokan Citrus Cups No-bake Cheesecake:
- Return the cream cheese to room temperature. Cut the iyokan citrus in half horizontally, remove the white membrane and the white strings, and remove the fruit.
- Microwave the milk for 20~30 seconds (at 500~600 W), add in granulated sugar and gelatin, and mix together well to dissolve.
- Place Steps 1 and 2 into a plastic bag with bottled lemon juice, and rub together until well combined.
- Pour equally into the iyokan citrus cups, and chill in the fridge for about an hour to solidify.
- It is done. This is moderately sweet, so top with honey or condensed milk if you like.
