  5. You need 1 tsp. of sesame oil
  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp. of red chilli flakes (opt)
  7. You need 1 tsp. of roasted sesame seeds

Step to make Seaweed Rice Balls:
  1. I have made use of 8-10 of these small roasted seaweed sheet
  2. Mix all the ingredients (except sesame seeds) till everything is well combined.
  3. Wet your hands take a little portion of the rice mix. Shape them into round ball Make similar balls with the rest of the mix.
  4. Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over them.
  5. Serve with soy sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup or any chutney a la Indian style.

Create a dimple in the rice and fill with a heaping teaspoon of bonito flake Cover with the remaining portion of rice and press lightly to enclose filling inside rice ball. Gently press the rice to shape into a triangle. Wet your hands with water so that the rice wont stick. Rub some salt on your wet hand
