The Ingredients need to make No-Bake Cheesecake with Strained Yogurt:
  1. Prepare 450 grams of Plain yogurt
  2. You need 200 ml of Non-dairy whipped cream (or heavy cream)
  3. You need 70 grams of Sugar
  4. Prepare 5 grams of Gelatin powder
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Water
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice
  7. It’s 12 of Buttery biscuits
  8. You need 40 grams of Butter
Step to make No-Bake Cheesecake with Strained Yogurt:
  1. Strain the yogurt overnight (I put a colander into a bowl and lined with 2 or 3 sheets of paper towels).
  2. Put the biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix in the melted butter and then spread out in the bottom of the cake mold. Use saran wrap to pack tightly and then chill in the refrigerator.

  4. Place the strained yogurt, half of the sugar, and the lemon juice in a bowl and use a whisk to mix.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip together the whipping cream and remaining sugar until soft peaks form.
  6. Add Step 5 to Step 4 and mix together. Heat up and dissolve the gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds and add to the mixture.
  7. Pour Step 6 into the cake mold and smooth out the surface. Chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours to harden.
  8. Once it is firm, its done. Slice it up however you prefer.
  9. Optionally, serve with jam or fruit sauce.
