The Ingredients needed to make Xa Xiu (vegetarian ham):
  1. It’s of vegetarian ham
  2. It’s of Oil to fry
  3. It’s of xa xiu seasoning
  4. Prepare of oil
  5. You need of water
  6. You need of ground pepper (optional)
Step to make Xa Xiu (vegetarian ham):
  1. Slice ham stick round, then cut slice in third
  2. Fry cut ham until rim of ham slightly brown. Light oil, 2-3 tbs oil.
  3. In bowl, add half to 3/4 package of xa xiu seasoning, 1 tbsp oil, and half a cup of Optional..Add ground pepper. Mix well and add to ham in frying pan. Mix the seasoning to coat all the ham. When sauce reduced to barely any left, remove from pan. Done.
