The Ingredients needed to make Tricias Soda Bread:

1. You need 4 cups of all-purpose unbleached flour
2. You need 2 tbls of organic sugar
3. Prepare 2 tsp of baking soda
4. You need 1 tsp of cream of tartar
5. It’s 1.5 cups of Water room temperature
6. Prepare 2 tsp of lemon juice
7. You need 2 tbls of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step to make Tricias Soda Bread:

1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix dry ingredients together with a wire whisp
3. In a small bowl, mix water and lemon juice together
4. Make a well in the flour mixture and add liquid mixture
5. Mix with hands until dough ball forms
6. Move dough to a floured surface and Knead for 2 to 3 minutes
7. Place on baking sheet and score top with a sharp knife in an x.
8. Lightly brush top with olive oil and cover lightly with parchment paper
9. Bake for 30 minute Brush with more oil halfway through cooking and again upon removing from oven.
