The Ingredients needed to make Sugar free Dates Laddus:
- Prepare of dates / khajoor, seedless
- You need of ghee
- You need of almonds / badam, chopped
- It’s of cashew / kaju, chopped
- It’s of kishmish
- It’s of Pista chopped
- You need of Tutti- Frutti
Step to make Sugar free Dates Laddus:
- Take 1 cup seedless dates in a blender and blend to fine paste without adding any
- Then in a large kadai heat ghee and add al kishmish,Pista and tutti Frutti
- Roast on low flame for 5 minutes or till nuts turn crunchy.
- Now Add dates mixture and mix well continue on medium flame till the time till starts realeasing ghee from all the side of kadai.
- Turn off the flame and allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Then immediately start making laddu do not cool completely, otherwise you wont be able to make laddu
- Now are laddus are ready to serve immediately or store then in airtight container for 1month.
