The Ingredients needed to make Lai Ke Laddoo (puffed rice balls):
  1. Prepare 4 Cup of Puffed rice
  2. Prepare 1 Cup of Jaggery (roughly chopped)
  3. Prepare 1 Tablespoon of Ghee
Step to make Lai Ke Laddoo (puffed rice balls):
  1. In a karahi, roast puffed rice on medium flame for 3-4 minutes, transfer puffed rice to a different vessel.
  2. In the same karahi heat ghee, add in the jaggery and cook until completely melted, stirring constantly.
  3. Lower the flame add puffed rice and mix well, switch the flame off. Form equal sized balls and allow to cool for 5 to 10 minute
