The Ingredients need to make Quick Cheese Cream Risotto:
  1. Prepare 200 ml of Heavy cream (or milk)
  2. It’s 1 of Soup stock cube
  3. You need 1 of Easy-melting sliced cheese (or grated cheese)
  4. You need 1 of Bacon (ham, seafood also OK)
  5. It’s 1 of Broccoli (or parsley)
  6. It’s 1 of rice bowls worth Hot cooked white rice
Step to make Quick Cheese Cream Risotto:
  1. Add the bacon and microwaved broccoli to a frying pan and stir-fry.
  2. Add the heavy cream and soup stock cube and simmer until it boil I use a spatula to break up the broccoli. But its up to you.
  3. Add the rice and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thicken
  4. Add the grated cheese la I relied on the saltiness of the bacon and soup stock cube and didnt add any salt. Taste it and adjust it accordingly.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and its complete.
  6. Top with grated cheese if you like before eating. You can also top with coarsely-ground black pepper.
