The Ingredients needed to make Pick-Me-Up No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake:

1. Prepare of Crust
2. You need 180 grams of crushed graham crackers
3. Prepare 1/2 cup of melted butter
4. You need pinch of salt
5. You need 4 tbsp of cold water
6. Prepare of Crunchy chocolate layer
7. Prepare 2 cup of chocolate chips
8. It’s of Frosting layer
9. You need 225 grams of cream cheese
10. You need 250 ml of all purpose cream or heavy cream
11. You need 1 of fresh lemon juice
12. It’s of chocolate chips

Step to make Pick-Me-Up No Bake Chocolate Cheesecake:

1. Combine graham crackers and butter in a bowl. Add cold
2. Mold the graham mixture into the base of a wide container to serve as your cakes cru
3. Place the whole bit into the freezer for 10-15 minute
4. While waiting, melt the chocolate chip I do this by boiling some water in a deep saucepan and placing another saucepan on top of it. The 2nd saucepan is where I put the chocolate to melt.

8. Take out the crust from the freezer and place frosting over the chocolate layer.
9. Place the cake back into the freezer and let sit for 10 minute Or if you want, you can just place it in the fridge if you prefer a melted frosting.
10. Garnish with some leftover chocolate chips if desired. Serve on plates or–do what I do–eat directly from the container! ) Enjoy!
