The Ingredients needed to make Greens with Asian Oyster Sauce:
  1. Prepare of Greens
  2. Prepare 1-2 pound of stalky greens
  3. You need 2 cloves of garlic
  4. You need 1 inch of ginger root
  5. It’s 1 of salt for water
  6. You need of Sauce
  7. Prepare 3 of Tbl. Oyster sauce
  8. You need 3 of Tbl. Broth or water
  9. Prepare 1 of Tbl. Mirin, Sherry or cooking wine
  10. You need 1 of Tbl. Sugar
  11. It’s 1-2 of Tbl. Hot sauce (optional)
Step to make Greens with Asian Oyster Sauce:
  1. In a large pot, bring about 8 cups water to a boil. Add the salt, about like pasta level of salt.
  2. Clean your green
  3. Add greens to boiling water, blanch for 2-4 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside
  4. While water is heating bring together sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Add some oil to a skillet. Heat on medium.
  6. Chop or grate ginger and garlic. Add to hot oil, stir for 30 second
  7. Add greens to skillet, stirring frequently.
  8. Cook greens about 2 minutes to warm through.
  9. Add sauce to skillet. When sauce thickens a bit, remove greens to serving plate, pour remaining sauce
  10. Serve.
