The Ingredients need to make Salsa Mexicana:
  1. Prepare 1 of Onion chopped
  2. You need 2 1/2 cups of Tomatoes blanched and chopped
  3. Prepare 1 of Green Capsicum
  4. It’s 1 tsp of Salt or to taste
  5. It’s 2 of Jalapenos chopped
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp of Vinegar
  7. You need 1 tsp of Sugar
  8. You need 1 tsp of Black Pepper Powder
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Oregano
  10. You need 3 1/2 tsp of Oil
Step to make Salsa Mexicana:
  1. Brush a teaspoon of Oil onto the Capsicum at fir Roast it on a low heat directly on the ga Pierce it with a fork and hold over the heat and roast until done, evenly from all the side
