The Ingredients needed to make Four Treasure Sambal Mee Goreng /Spicy Noodle:
  1. You need 350 grams of fresh yellow noodle
  2. Prepare 1 cup of bean sprout
  3. It’s 1 cup of any stock or 1 small bottle of essence of chicken
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of light soy sauce
  5. It’s 1/2 tbsp of lime juice
  6. Prepare of MEAT OPTION
  7. It’s 1/2 cup of slice up roasted pork
  8. It’s 1/4 cup of scallion
  9. You need 4 large of prawn
  10. Prepare of SPICY SAUCE ( SAMBAL SAUCE ) or any sambal oelek
  11. Prepare 2 tbsp of spicy sauce(sambal sauce) or any sambal oelek
  12. It’s 2 tbsp of light soy sauce
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp of brown sugar
Step to make Four Treasure Sambal Mee Goreng /Spicy Noodle:
  1. FOR THE SPICY SAUCE (SAMBAL SAUCE) PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW

  1. with oil saute with garlic and shallot till fragrant set aside
  2. Put 2 tbsp of sambal paste in pan with 1 tsp of oil with light soy sauce and brown sugar sautee till fragrant about half a minute then add in the large prawn

  1. Add in the cooked roasted duck ,roasted pork and chinese bbq / char siew mix well then add fresh yellow noodle with stock mix well
  2. bring it to a simmer and add in the bean sprout and scallion continuely stir fry for another 2 minutes ,ladtly add additional lime juice / kalamansi juice or lemon juice stir fry then off heat
