- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder
- It’s 1 cup of dahi
- Prepare 1 1/2 of Salt
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Ginger paste
- It’s 1/2 tbsp of garlic paste
- Prepare 1 of lemon juice
- It’s 2 tbsp of oil
- It’s 1 tsp of roasted zeera pwder
- Prepare 1 pinch of food colour (red or orange)
- You need 1 tbsp of Tandoori masala
- You need of Plain biryani rice
- Prepare 2 cups of Rice
- It’s 2 tbsp of Whole spice (bay leaves, cinnamon, cardmon, cloves)
- It’s 1/2 cup of Plain dahi
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ginger paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Garlic paste
- You need of Onion 2 large
- Prepare of Tomatoes 2 large
- You need 3-4 of Green chillies
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder
- You need of Red chilli powder 1 tsp or as required
- You need to taste of Salt according
- It’s 1 tsp of Garam masla
- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper powder
- It’s 1 cup of Oil
- It’s of U can use biryani masala
- You need 1 tbsp of Sirka
- It’s of Coal for smoke
- Prepare of Zarda colour
The whole thing takes approximately an hour so I call this a weekend project, but after youve done it once, youll realize how easy and simple making biryani at home is!

- Jab onion fry Ho Jay to is ko blender Mein dal dy sth Mein tamatar shamil kar dy or sary spices pwder b is ke sth shamil kar dy dahi b or is ko achy sy blend kar ly
- Jab ye achy blend Ho Jay us oil Mein ap whole spices 1 tbs shamil kar ke khusboo any tak bhony or is mixture ko shamil kar dy or achy bhoon ly
- Jab oil alag Ho Jay to is Mein Thora sa hasb e zarort pani shamil kar dy bht halki si Garvey ke lie
- AK alag pan Mein rice 1 tbsp whole spice salt sirka or oil dal ke half cook kar ly
- Or phr stain kar ke biryani maslay Mein shamil kar tah laga ke dum pe rakh dy. Or oper food colour dal dy
- Chicken ko AK laga pan Mein dal ke slow heat pe pakny ke lie rakh dy. 15 mint per side ko paka ly or jab pani dry Ho Jay or chicken cook Ho Jay to caol sy smoke dy dy
- Ya phr rice jab done Ho Jay to is Mein chicken place kar ke AK sth dono ko caol smoke dy dy.
