Pasta in white sauce is my personal favorite, but this variation where pasta which is baked at the end adds starts to the dish. I am using Disano Pasta to. Since you will be cooking the pasta a second time in the oven, you want to make sure the inside is still hard.

The Ingredients need to make Baked vegetables with pasta:
  1. Prepare of Vegetables–
  2. It’s of crushed garlic
  3. Prepare of ginger
  4. You need of medium sized finely chopped onions
  5. You need of tomato puree
  6. It’s of tomato ketchup
  7. It’s of Vegetables of your choice, I have taken Broccoli, carrots, beans, green peas, corns, mushrooms, coloured capsicum
  8. It’s of Salt
  9. You need of red chilli flakes
  10. Prepare of White sauce
  11. It’s of butter
  12. It’s of maida
  13. Prepare of milk
  14. You need of Salt
  15. You need of Black pepper
  16. You need of oregano
  17. You need of thyme
  18. You need of Red Chilli flakes
  19. Prepare of pasta
  20. It’s of Mozeralla cheese
  21. Prepare of Black olives

Step to make Baked vegetables with pasta:
  1. Boil pasta. Drain and keep it aside.
  2. For vegetable Take non-stick pan. Add ginger and garlic. Saute and add onion Saute till it is translucent.
  3. Add vegetables and saute for about 2 min
  4. Add tomato puree and tomato ketchup. Add salt and Chilli flakes and mix well. Switch off ga
  5. For white sauce. Take a pan add butter. Add maida. Mix well till it changes its colour.
  6. Once it changes colour add milk and stir well so that lumps are not formed.
  7. Add salt, black pepper, oregano, thyme, red chilli flakes and mix well.
  8. Now take dish or pan which goes in oven. Brush it with butter. Apply little tomato puree.
  9. Spread vegetables evenly.
  10. Now pour white sauce over it.
  11. Now spread boiled pasta all over it.
  12. Now generously spread cheese over it. Also put olives and black pepper, red Chilli flakes, oregano and thyme.
  13. Put this in preheated oven at 180 degree. It will take at least 15 mins to bake. Check in between. Now ready to serve hot.
