The Ingredients need to make Vegetable smoky Fried Rice😊:
  1. It’s 2 cups of cooked rice/left over rice
  2. Prepare 1 cup of mixed vegetables (any veg you have in fridge)
  3. It’s 3 cloves of garlic
  4. It’s 3 of green chillies,
  5. Prepare 1 of Maggi cube (any1)
  6. You need 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp of ketchup
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of chilli sauce
  9. It’s 1 tbsp of vinegar
  10. It’s 1 tsp of salt
  11. It’s 2 of eggs, beaten and cooked
  12. Prepare 2 tbsp of oil
  13. It’s 1 piece of coal
Step to make Vegetable smoky Fried Rice😊:
  1. Heat oil add in chopped garlic and chilli…saute few minutes add 1 Maggi cube(any cube available at home)mix well now add vegetables (carrot,cabbage, capsicum..add wht is left in fridge..use 1 cup and freeze rest)mix well
  2. Now keep the sauces ready first add rice on the vegetables mixture now add the sauce.vinegar and give a tos..mix well..add salt(acc to your taste)
  3.
