After adding lentil balls, never stir the gravy till all lentil balls float on the surface. The gravy will get thickened by the small amount of lentils dissolved in gravy.   9. This is the time to add the lentil ball Add slowly one by one. Dont pour everything at one time. Dont stir the balls, it may get break. Let it cook until balls started to float on the top. If you are not sure you can steam the lentil balls before adding in steamer or idli maker.
  10. Adjust the salt and switch off the flame once the balls starts floating. Garnish with coriander leave Serve hot with steamed rice.
