The Ingredients needed to make Samai (Little millet) Curd Rice:
  1. Prepare 1 cup of samai
  2. You need 4 cups of water
  3. You need 1 tbsp of oil
  4. It’s of Curd as required
  5. It’s 1/2 of onion chopped
  6. You need 1 tsp of ginger finely chopped
  7. Prepare 2 of garlic pods finely chopped
  8. It’s 3 of green chillies slitted
  9. Prepare of Salt as required
  10. Prepare of To Temper
  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of Urad dal
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Channa dal
Step to make Samai (Little millet) Curd Rice:
  1. Wash samai and mix it with Pressure cook for 3 whistles
  2. While it’s getting cooked, heat a pan with oil and temper with mustard seeds, Urad dal and channa dal.
  3. Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies together and sauté for few mins until onion becomes glassy. No need to be soft. Add salt.
  4. Mix it with samai along with curd.
  5. Enjoy
