The Ingredients needed to make Ragi vegetables chila:
  1. Prepare of ragi flour-its also called nachni Ka atta or mandwa atta
  2. Prepare of besan(gram flour)
  3. It’s of semolina (optional -to give crunchy taste)
  4. You need of green chilli
  5. Prepare of finely chopped onion
  6. You need of medium finely chopped tomatoes
  7. It’s of ginger finely chopped
  8. You need of finely chopped medium capsicum
  9. Prepare of corns
  10. You need of of peas
  11. It’s of Ghee /oil to brush on chila
  12. It’s of Salt as per taste
  13. You need of cumin seeds(jeera)
  14. Prepare of Minch of carom seeds (ajwain)
  15. It’s of asafetida (hing)
  16. Prepare of Water to make a batter

This Karnataka style ragi mudde is sightly different from ragi sankati and there are slight variations to making this with rice or rice It is good to serve with a dal curry or leafy vegetable Ragi halwa is a sweet dessert made from ragi flour (finger millet flour), milk, ghee, sugar and I am sharing here the way I learnt to make ragi halwa from my mom. Here I have used used milk and ghee.

Step to make Ragi vegetables chila:
  1. First take a big bowl and mix all the ingredients
  2. Add water to.make a chilla batter..no too thick nor too thin
  3. Take a pan and brush some ghee/oil on it.after that spread the batter into the pan with the help of the ladle.
  4. Cook from medium flame to slow flame
  5. Once is cooked from the one side and turned golden brown then flip the other side. And cook again on also to medium dale for another few min.
  6. Once cooked from both sides serve with any homemade chutney
