The Ingredients needed to make Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Soup:
  1. It’s 5 slices of bacon
  2. You need 1 lb of ground beef
  3. Prepare 1 of med. Onion (diced)
  4. It’s 3 cloves of garlic
  5. It’s 10 oz of can tomato sauce
  6. It’s 1 1/2-2 cups of beef broth
  7. It’s 2 tbs of butter
  8. Prepare 1 of large dill pickle (diced)
  9. Prepare 2 tbs of mustard
  10. Prepare 3 tbs of cream cheese
  11. You need 1/3 cup of cheese (I used Colby jack)
  12. Prepare 1 of large avocado (diced)
  13. You need of Saltpepper
Step to make Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Soup:
  1. In a large soup pot, cook bacon to crispy. (I diced before adding to the pan) while bacon is cooking I like to fry whole garlic cloves with out the peel along with the bacon remove bacon and garlic from the pan. Leaving the bacon fat.
  2. Add butter and diced onions to bacon fat. Fry until slightly golden.
  3. Add ground beef. Brown. Dont drain if 90% lean. If you didnt fry garlic with the bacon add it to the end of the browned beef proces
  4. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, mustard and pickle Simmer on low for 20-30 min
  5. Turn off heat. Add in cheese Stir til melted. Before serving stir in bacon and avocado.
  6. I find lettuce completes it.
