- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
- You need 1/2 tsp of Coriander Powder
- It’s 1/2 tsp of Black pepper Powder
- You need as per taste of Salt
- You need 4-5 of Green Chilli
- You need 1 Pinch of Orange Food Colour
- You need 2 tsp of Lemon Juice
- It’s 4 of Cinnamon
- You need 5 of Cloves
- You need 10 of Cardamom
- Prepare 10 of Black pepper
- It’s as required of Oil
- It’s 3 Drop of Kewra Essence
- It’s 1 Cup of Milk
Step to make Handi Chicken Biryani:

- Starting Chicken Marinated With All Ingredients And Also Grind Biryani Masala This Into The Marinade And Marinate It For 1 Hour
- Then Take A Pot Add In Water Just Double Of The Rice Bring It A Boil Cooked For 50-60% Then Done And Stain It
- Take A Pot 1/2 Big Spoon Oil Then Add All Whole Slice Onions And Fry It Golden Colour Then Add Marinated Chicken And Cook It For 15 To 20 Minutes On Medium To High Flame
- Now Add Rice And Add To Milk, Orange Food Colour, Fried Onions, Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves Then Pack it Daam
- Then After 15 Minutes Daam Medium Flame….Open Daam Turn Off The Flame And Rest Of 10 Minutes And Ready Handi Chicken Biryani Serve To Raita…. ππ
