The Ingredients needed to make Fragrant Shiso, Chikuwa Fish Stick and Nori Seaweed Fried Morsels:
- It’s 1 packages of Chikuwa
- You need 2 1/2 slice of Sliced cheese
- Prepare 1 of Nori seaweed
- It’s 10 of leaves Shiso leaves
- Prepare 4 tbsp of *White flour
- You need 1 tbsp of *Katakuriko
- You need 1/2 tsp of *Baking powder
- You need 1 pinch of *Salt
- You need 1 tbsp of *Mayonnaise
- You need 3 1/2 tbsp of *Water
- Prepare 3 of cubes *Ice
- Prepare 1 of Vegetable oil (for frying)
Step to make Fragrant Shiso, Chikuwa Fish Stick and Nori Seaweed Fried Morsels:
- Slice the chikuwa open.
- Cut the cheese in half, and cut the nori seaweed to about the same size as the cheese.
- Finely chop the shiso leave
- Open up the chikuwa, place the cheese and nori seaweed inside, and roll it up.
- Secure the overlap in 2 places with a toothpick.
- Cut the roll from step 5 into 2 equal halve
- Make the other rolls in the same manner.
- Add shiso leaves to the * ingredients, and mix together.
- Coat the rolls from Step 7 with the mixture from step 8 in a pan preheated with vegetable oil, cook until crispy, remove the toothpicks, and it is done.
