  17. It’s 1 tbsp of Yogurt
  18. It’s As per taste of Salt
  19. You need 1 tsp of Mint
  20. It’s Handful of Coriander leaves
  21. It’s For of rice-
  22. It’s 1.5 kg of Soaked rice for 10 minutes
  23. Prepare 1 of chopped onion
  24. Prepare 2 Tablespoons of ghee(in addition to oil)
  25. You need 1 tablespoon of Spice mix used in chicken (cloves etc)

  7. Coming back to chicken, uncover lid and simmer the water until a thick gravy is reached.
  8. Once rice has been drained (ensure that some water is still left for further simmering), add chicken to the pan on top of the rice. Do not mix yet. Simmer for 10 mins or until the water is completely gone. Let rest for 5 minutes and then mix the chicken and rice in the pan.
