  3. Prepare 1/2 of small bell pepper, diced
  4. Prepare 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  5. Prepare 1 of small onion, chopped
  6. You need 1 of small tomato, chopped with juices
  7. Prepare 50-70 g of spinach
  8. It’s 2-3 of eggs, beaten
  9. You need 1-2 of minced birds eye or chillies
  10. It’s 1-2 T of coconut cooking oil or butter
  11. Prepare 1 T of oyster sauce

Step to make Beef and Spinach Frittata LCHF : Keto:
  1. Heat oil / butter in pan and drop in onions then garlic.
  2. Sauté 3 minute Then add in the tomato and chillie Add the beef mince and spread it out on the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and lower heat. Let the juices come out.
