The Ingredients need to make Broccoli Omelette:
  1. It’s 2 of Eggs
  2. You need 1 Cup of shredded Broccoli
  3. Prepare 1.5 Tsp of Butter/Oil
  4. You need 2 of Green Chillies
  5. You need Pinch of Turmeric powder
  6. It’s of Salt
Step to make Broccoli Omelette:
  1. In a pan, add 1 tsp of butter/oil at medium heat. Then add shredded broccoli, sliced green chillies and a pinch of turmeric powder. Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes in open pan till it is bright green in color and its raw smell subside Add salt to taste.
  2. Beat two eggs with a pinch of salt. Add the above prepared broccoli to the beaten eggs and mix well. (If you need more spice, you can add black pepper powder to this mixture).
  3. Grease the same pan with half tsp of butter/oil and pour the mixture into the pan in low heat. Cook both the sides and serve it.
